Maris is thrilled to join the Peninsula Players for the first time.  Based in Chicago, Maris was last seen as “Dorothy” in “A Wonderful Life” at Theatre at the Center.  Additional credits include “Dora” in Timeline Theatre’s “Fiorello” in both the 2006 and 2008 productions for which she earned a Jeff Citation nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical.  “Grace” in “Killala Bay” at the Theatre Building, “Sal” in “The Moonlight Room” at Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, “Millie” in “Picnic” at Illinois Theatre Centre, and “Telephone Girl” in “Machinal” at Timeline Theatre.  She is a graduate of The Theatre School at DePaul with a B.F.A. in Acting.
